Lotte Giants “Glasses Ace” Park Se-woong suffered a loss despite four consecutive quality starts.
Park Se-woong started the seventh game of the 2023 Shinhan Bank SOL KBO League against the KT Wiz at Sajik Baseball Stadium in Busan on Saturday, giving up two runs on six hits and three walks with seven strikeouts in six innings.

However, the Lotte bats were unable to get past KT ace Ko Young-pyo. The offense received only one run support before Park Se-woong was replaced in the top of the seventh inning with a defensive start.

Park eventually took his second loss of the season despite a strong outing, ending his three-game winning streak in starts. Lotte also started the week on a disappointing note, falling to KT 1-4 and dropping their second straight.
