Brighton Mitoma “I’m happy to play in the world’s best EPL”

Kaoru Mitoma (Brighton), striker of the Japanese national team, said he was happy to play in the world’s highest English Premier League (EPL).

After going on loan to Union SG (Belgium) last season, Mitoma entered the EPL and showed a sparkling presence by recording 7 goals and 5 assists in 24 games.

Recently, Celtic (Scotland) coach Ange Postecoglu revealed that he had been interested in Mitoma a long time ago. Celtic already has five Japanese players playing.토토사이트

Postecoglu said: “I really wanted Mitoma, but Mitoma had already made up his mind with Brighton. Brighton also had an excellent eye for players, and I was sure that Mitoma would come to his team and succeed.”

Upon hearing this, Mitoma said in an interview with ‘Football Zone’ on the 19th, “It is an honor for me to be interested in Celtic.”

“But I’m happy in the EPL. I’m happy to play with the best players in the world’s highest level league. I want to spend time proving myself more here.”
