LG starters all hit, score double-digit runs

LG opened the scoring in the fifth inning when leadoff hitter Son Ho-young drew a walk against reliever Lee Young-ha. Heo Do-hwan followed with a double down the left field line to put runners on second and third with no outs. One out later, Shin Min-jae’s grounder to the second baseman allowed the runner from third to score, making it 9-0.

In the sixth inning, LG’s leadoff hitter Moon Sung-joo led off with a single that fell between shortstop, center field, and left field, and came home a batter later on Austin’s double to left-center field. The score was 10-0.

The LG mound held the Doosan bats scoreless after Choi Won-tae in the seventh, Baek Seung-hyun in the eighth, Oh Seok-joo in the ninth, and Lee Woo-chan in the ninth.
