‘Hwangseonhongho CB’ Lee Jae-ik “If you can’t win the gold medal, you won’t be able to hear the AG list”

Lee Jae-ik (23, Seoul E-Land), the center back of Hwang Seon-Hong-Ho, expressed his strong determination.

The Asian Games U-24 (under 24) soccer team led by coach Hwang Seon-hong gathered at the Paju NFC (National Soccer Team Training Center) on the 15th. The K-League season is in full swing, but it was to share team tactics. Hwang Seon-Hong-Ho will reunite in June after training for three days.

Lee Jae-ik, who was called for this call, faced reporters before training and said, “As the call-up period is short, we will do what we want to do together well.” “We are realizing (the preparation period is short). 2 nights and 3 days is a very important time for us. It is a good opportunity for each individual to show it to the director.”

“At the time of this call, (Director Seon-Hong Hwang) asked us for defensive tactics. He asked us for the mental part,” he said. The coach emphasizes that defense is not done by four defenders, but together.”

Lee Jae-ik is a member of the 2019 Poland U-20 World Cup runner-up four years ago. There were several members at the time who boarded the Asian Games national team. Lee Jae-ik said, “I think it is meaningful to be a national team by age group. He will have more affinity with the players who went to the 20-year-old World Cup, but it is important to perform well like all players,” he emphasized.안전놀이터

I did not forget to cheer for the U-20 national team led by coach Kim Eun-joong. Lee Jae-ik said, “(Lee) Kang-in kept planting me in the world before going to the World Cup, saying, ‘I will really win. I hope (the juniors) show that Korea is a strong team.”

Lee Jae-ik, who called the Asian Games “a competition where Asia can show (skills) on the stage,” expressed his strong determination. He said, “Of course, you may feel the pressure of winning the gold medal, but if you can’t overcome that pressure, I don’t think you’ll be on the list for the Asian Games.”

Hwang Seon-Hong-Ho is expected to become stronger when players from overseas join the team. Lee Jae-ik said, “I think that synergy can be created when foreign players come in. All players must come in to fit the organization,” he emphasized, “(this time) I will do my best from the selected number of people and try to play all roles.”
