Gimcheon Sangmu head coach Jung Jung-yong has been named the FLEX Manager of the Month for October-December.
Led by Chung, Gimcheon recorded four wins and a draw in five matches from October through December, pulling off a dramatic K League 2 upset.레모나토토 도메인
Gimcheon won 3-1 against Bucheon in round 35, followed by a 7-3 win against Ansan in round 36 and a 2-0 win against Gimpo in round 37.
Gimcheon then drew 1-1 against Gyeongnam in the 38th round, but clinched the title in dramatic fashion with a 1-0 win against Seoul Eland in the 39th round, the final game of the season.
After leading Gimcheon to a successful October-December campaign and the K League 2 championship, Jung was recognized for his outstanding leadership and guidance, earning him the FLEX K League Manager of the Month award. Chung will be presented with a commemorative trophy and injuries produced by the Korea Professional Football Association.
