The Hanwha Eagles came from behind to lose 4-5 against the Kiwoom Heroes in the 24 Shinhan SOL Bank KBO League on Sept. 24 at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul after Kim Seo-hyun was hit by Song Sung-moon.
In particular, it was a waste because the autumn baseball tactical number was -1.
Hanwha was the first to take the lead.
After one out in the top of the third inning, Choi In-ho’s RBI timely hit scored the first run in a 1-2 chance made by Ha Joo-seok’s walk and Choi Jae-hoon’s hit, and Lee Jin-young’s solo home run led 2-0 in the top of the fifth inning.안전놀이터
Kiwoom didn’t stay still either.
Starting with Kim Tae-jin’s walk in the bottom of the fifth inning, Song Sung-moon walked again after one out, followed by Kim Hye-sung’s RBI timely hit, Choi Joo-hwan’s RBI double, and Kim Gun-hee’s RBI timely hit to turn the game around 3-2.
However, Hanwha turned it over again to 4-3 in the top of the seventh inning with Moon Hyun-bin hitting a two-run double with one out and 2-3 base made by pinch hitter Hwang Young-mook’s walk and Choi In-ho’s double.
But the miracle never happened.
In the bottom of the eighth inning, Kiwoom tied the game with an RBI triple by Kim Tae-jin following Park Soo-jong’s hit against pitcher Kim Seo-hyun, who was changed after one out.
After two outs, Song Sung-moon hit a come-from-behind RBI triple to turn the tide again to 5-4, and in the top of the ninth inning, closer Joo Seung-woo was put in to finish the game.
Kiwoom starter Heyesus pitched well with two runs, five strikeouts, two walks, seven hits and one homer in six innings, but it was not related to victory or defeat, and fourth pitcher Kim Dong-wook won two games of the season and fifth pitcher Joo Seung-woo made 14 saves of the season.
Hanwha starter Lee Sang-kyu allowed three runs, two walks, six hits and three walks in 4.1 innings, while Hanwha’s fifth pitcher Kim Seo-hyun lost two games in one inning.
