Byung-hoon Ahn gets third ‘Top 10’ green light of the season

Byung-hoon Ahn (32-CJ Logistics) earned his third top-10 finish of the PGA Tour season.

Ahn shot a 2-over-par 72 in the Charles Schwab Challenge ($8.7 million purse) on Monday (Aug. 28) at Colonial CC (par 70-7209) in Fort Worth, Texas, USA.

Ahn’s 5-under-par 205 moved him into a tie for sixth place, down two spots from a tie for fourth the day before. He is five shots off the lead with Harry Hall (England) and Adam Shank (USA) at 10-under 200.

Ahn previously finished tied for fourth at the Fortinet Championship last September and tied for sixth at the Valero Texas Open earlier this month. He has yet to win on the PGA Tour and has three runner-up finishes.

Harris English (USA) is tied for third at 9-under 201, one stroke off the lead, while compatriot Justin Seo is tied for fourth at 6-under 204.안전놀이터
